I've arranged my desk in the best possible way, accepting the fact that cables are a necessary evil (for now). The printer will live next door because... I shouldn't be able to take my eyes off it :`D (Don't judge the fact that the Sandman comic is my monitor stand. (i know it a expensive thing). I'm already organizing myself to buy/make a stand for the monitor to hide the cables and clean my desk)
